COLLECTION CHARGES
To ensure smooth and efficient transactions within our credit facility (credit line), it is imperative that all parties involved adhere to the stipulated credit terms. These terms dictate that any transaction, such as the issuance of tickets, must be settled within two days of issuance, denoted as (T+2). Failure to comply with this payment timeline may result in the cancellation of the ticket or service, with any associated costs falling upon the responsible travel agent. Please note that Confirmfly.com and Al Saffron Travel & Tourism LLC hold the sole right to determine whether a ticket is canceled due to overdue payments.
In cases of overdue amounts, a weekly late fee will be incurred. For balances up to 5000 AED, a late fee of 50 AED per week will apply, and for dues upto 10000 AED, a 100 AED weekly late fee will be imposed until the overdue amount is cleared. Furthermore, any bounced checks under the credit facility will incur a charge of 350 AED.
It is crucial for all users, customers, and B2B agents to recognize that timely payments for ticketing services are non-negotiable, with payment due by the (T+2) deadline. Failure to meet this obligation will not be accepted as an excuse.
In the event that Al Saffron Travel & Tourism LLC is compelled to seek legal assistance to recover outstanding payments on the user (B2B Agent/ Travel Agent/ direct User or any who use this website and its subdomain), the user will be responsible for covering all legal fees, advocate charges, and related expenses. We encourage all parties to honour these terms to maintain a mutually beneficial business relationship.
PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
ADVERTISING
The Site may contain advertisements and/or sponsorships.
