User Agreement
This agreement ("User Agreement") includes the terms and conditions for Confirmfly.com(“The site”) owned and operated by Al Saffron Travel & Tourism(“ASTT”) to provide services to the person (s) ("The User") Including B2B and B2C user intending to purchase or inquiring for any products and/ or services of Confirmfly.com by using Al Saffron travel & Tourism websites or using any other customer interface channels of the site which includes its sales persons, offices, call centres, advertisements, information campaigns etc …
Account Information
By using the Account Access services on Confirmfly.com, the User authorizes ASTT and its agents to access third party sites, including that of Banks and other payment gateways, designated by them or on their behalf for retrieving requested information.
While registering, the User will choose a password and User Id and it’s their responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and the account.
The User is one and only person responsible for all the things that occur in their account with their User ID and password. If there is any unauthorized use of his/her account or password or any other breach of rules and security, then it is the duty of the user to notify ASTT Immediately in writing and by call. ASTT will not be liable for any loss that may be incurred by the User as a result of unauthorized use of his password or account, either with or without his knowledge.

By creating an account, you agree that you may receive communications from the site, such as newsletters, special offers, and account reminders and updates. Communications Services
Our Services include number of "Communications Services." These include services such as live chats, comment threads, blog posts, question and answer, customer service communication forums, and other message services. You agree to use the Communication Services only to post, send, and receive messages or materials proper to and related to the particular Communication Service. When using a Communication Service, you agree that you will not do any of the following:
- Abuse, Defame, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights of others.
- Publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any names, materials, or information that is considered inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent, or unlawful.
- Create a false identity, represent yourself as someone else, or sign an agreement as someone else or on behalf of someone else or otherwise falsify or delete in an uploaded ?le any signi?cant attributions or notices.
- Upload files that contain software or other material protected either by intellectual property laws or by the rights of privacy or publicity except when
a. you own or control the necessary rights, or
b. you have received all necessary consents to do so.
No Unlawful or Prohibited Use
Upload corrupted files, files that contain viruses, or any other files that may damage the operation of another's computer.
VISA obligations of the User
The travel bookings done on Confirmfly.com by ASTT are subject to the applicable requirements of Visa which are to be obtained by the individual traveller’s ASTT is not responsible for any issues, including inability to travel, arising out of such Visa requirements and is also not liable to refund for the untraveled bookings due to any such reason. The user shall be solely and exclusively liable for any breach of any country specific rules and regulations or general code of conduct and ASTT cannot be held responsible for the same
Termination of Service
The user agrees that there can be exceptional circumstances where the service operators like the airlines, hotels, the respective transportation providers or concerns may be unable to honour the confirmed bookings due to various reasons like climatic conditions, acts of God, fire, strikes, embargo, acts of government, acts of terrorism, labor unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, government decisions, operational and technical issues, route and flight cancellations etc. If ASTT is informed in advance of such situations where dishonour of bookings may happen, it will make its best efforts to provide similar alternative to its customers or refund the booking amount after reasonable service charges, if supported and refunded by that respective Airlines /Hotel service operators. The user agrees that ASTT being an agent for facilitating the booking services shall not be responsible for any such circumstances and the customers have to contact that service provider directly for any further resolutions and refunds. ASTT reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site, without any advance notice.
Governing Law
This Agreement is Governed in Accordance with the laws of Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. Only the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates shall be implemented regarding any disputes arising from using this website. Furthermore, courts of the United Arab Emirates have the exclusive jurisdiction to consider and settle such disputes.
Notice of agreement: - any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement
